MALOSSI CENTRIFUGAL ROLLERS - WEIGHTS (VARIATOR) D20 X 17 (13 GRAMS) The malossi rollers or weights are the balls in the front centrifugal pulley and they determine the acceleration and top-speed performance through the belt drive to the scooter's rear wheel. They fit with no modification at all, replacing the manufacturer's or malossi's factory variator rollers. The variator is the main reason that happens. malossi variators are designed to improve a scooter's performance in a simple way, with no bodges, and to change 5 gears instead of 3.
