Using e-moto.gr and placing an order means you accept the terms below.

Orders and how the contract is formed

Your order is registered through the cart and is an offer to buy. The contract is formed when we send you the confirmation, once availability and your details have been checked. You receive a copy of the order by email and can print or save it from the confirmation screen.

Prices, VAT and availability

Prices are in euro and include VAT. Stock status is shown on each product page and is confirmed before payment. Prices, product information and availability may change before an order is finally confirmed; if that happens we contact you before going ahead.

If an item sells out after your order, we tell you straight away and you may choose a replacement, wait, or cancel with a full refund.

Payment

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, Diners and Discover cards, PayPal, bank transfer, cash on delivery and cash at the shop. Card payments are completed inside the secure “Nexi XPay” platform — see Transaction security.

Legal guarantee

Every product carries the two-year legal guarantee of conformity under consumer law. Where goods are faulty or not as described you are entitled to repair, replacement, a price reduction or withdrawal. Any commercial warranty from the manufacturer is additional and does not limit those rights.

Liability

We take care that product information, images and model compatibility are accurate. Because fitment depends on the exact type and year of the motorcycle, contact us before buying if you are unsure and we will check the model, part code or OEM reference. We are not liable for network outages or for incorrect fitting by third parties.

Intellectual property

The content of e-moto.gr (text, photographs, marks) is protected by copyright law. Manufacturer names and logos belong to their owners and are used only to describe product compatibility.

Personal data

The data controller is “PAPAFILOPOULOS GEORGIOS & CO. G.P.”. The details you give (name, address, phone, email) are used solely to fulfil the order, issue the receipt or invoice and support you, and are shared only with those involved in fulfilment (courier, payment provider) and for as long as the law requires. We never store card details.

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict and port your data, and to object to processing. To exercise them write to info@e-moto.gr. You may also complain to the Hellenic Data Protection Authority (www.dpa.gr).

Governing law and dispute resolution

Greek law applies. For any dispute you may contact the Greek Consumer Ombudsman or use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. Before that, please contact us — most things are settled with one phone call.
