Product delivery

e-moto.gr dispatches your order within 24 hours (working days) for items in stock. While ordering you are told online, before payment, whether the products are available.

Delivery options

• Collection from the shop (Aristotelous & Antigonis 2, Chalandri): free, once the order is confirmed.
• Courier across Greece: the cost is calculated at checkout according to your choice.
• Locker or pick-up point (BOX NOW, ACS Smartpoint) where available.
• International shipping: the cost is calculated per destination country at checkout.

Delivery times

• In stock: dispatched within 24 hours, delivered in 1–2 working days on the Greek mainland.
• Remote areas and islands: 2–4 working days, depending on the courier’s schedule.
• Ordered in: we tell you the timing before going ahead.
• Abroad: timing depends on the destination country; any duties or fees outside the EU are paid by the recipient.

Delays and checking on delivery

If delivery is delayed for any reason we tell you, and you may cancel the order with a full refund. On delivery please check the condition of the goods and that the packaging is intact — see the Returns & cancellations policy.
