Right of withdrawal

As a consumer you have the legal right to withdraw within 14 calendar days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason. e-moto.gr gives you 15 days — one more than the law requires. You may exchange the product or ask for a refund.

How it works

Contact us first at info@e-moto.gr or call +30 210 68 52 600 (Monday–Friday 09:00–17:00) so we can guide you and, if the order was wrong, replace the item with the right one.

Conditions

• Products come back in the condition they were received: complete, undamaged, in the packaging that normally accompanies them.
• They must not have been used or fitted, and must come with the receipt or invoice.
• Please check the products and packaging on delivery so any visible defect (broken goods, wrong item and so on) is found straight away.
• As the law provides, goods that were not in stock and were specially ordered for you, or made to your specification, are excluded.

Costs and refunds

Return shipping is paid by the customer, except when the item does not fit your motorcycle because of our mistake or our supplier’s — then e-moto.gr covers it.

We refund the value of the goods, not shipping, cash-on-delivery or bank charges. Refunds are completed within 7–10 working days of the date we receive the products and are made to the same payment method: card purchases are credited back to the same card, bank transfers to the account you give us.

Faulty goods

Beyond withdrawal, every product carries the two-year legal guarantee of conformity. If the product is faulty or not as described you are entitled to repair, replacement, a price reduction or withdrawal, and we pay the return costs.

Cancellations

You can cancel your order while it has not been dispatched by contacting us. If a card has already been charged, the amount is refunded to the same card. We may also cancel if an item sells out — with a full refund.
