The variator that will revolutionise scooter tuning. It improves the scooter's performance to the maximum thanks to its pioneering, unique design. It fits with no modification, replacing the standard unit and giving the drive belt more acceleration. The JCosta variator is made from specially machined CNC aluminium, with a stainless steel bell and high-quality plastic rollers. Gains in performance: more acceleration; more torque; better response opening and closing the throttle; higher top speed; less vibration; more power at the wheel.
J.Costa is a Spanish company that makes performance variators for scooters, with its signature system of cylindrical weights instead of rollers.
Its variators give more linear acceleration and a higher top speed, and come with their own weights in various masses for tuning.
