The BRAKING wave discs: - Are made from heat-treated hardened stainless steel. - Are fixed, traditional wave-shaped discs for front and rear applications. - Are a replacement for and an improvement on the original OEM disc. - A wave profile. - More braking surface > very immediate. - Less weight > better handling. - High heat dissipation > steady power in all conditions. How does it work? The outer and inner diameter of the disc have a non-round design that allows the disc to expand radially better under extreme heat conditions. In addition, the drilled holes are replaced by edges specially designed to improve the way the brake pads bed in. Warnings: Always pair new brake pads with the new disc. On a new disc, harsh braking needs to be avoided for a few kilometres until it can absorb the heat without being damaged.
