The pin is made of chromed nickel steel with a very low friction coefficient; it features the advanced DLC treatment with carbon base with innovative technology specific for racing and aeronautic applications dedicated to those sliding components subject to wear.
The internal large pocket of the pin has the function of grease tank; a special spring inside oof it lets a constant distribution of the grease on the pin even during the hardest conditions of use.
Thanks to this special technical characteristics the performance stay constant and it is not necessary the continuous modification of the setting of the rollers to find the best performance.
The Polini Variator for Honda Forza and Forza 350 Euro 5 is supplied with compression spring which is 15% harder than the original one, that increases the rpm of the engine when starting.
The package includes a set of 25?11 rollers of 7,5 gr.
