NEWFREN's discs are made from carbon steel that takes a special heat treatment. Depending on the type of disc, a mould or a special Laser cut is used in the making. Great care goes into the product's finish so we can guarantee the disc is perfectly parallel to the centre of the wheel with the tightest tolerances possible, so that we achieve a perfect feel as the wheel rolls. The result is controlled, progressive braking. For perfect results we recommend using NEWFREN sintered or organic pads. The standard discs are ideal for replacing the genuine fitted disc. They are usually rear ones but they are used at the front too, mainly on motorcycles of earlier years. NEWFREN offers a complete range for demanding front and rear use.
