Facom Grease For Salty Environments: -Special for the marine environment -Long-lasting protection A new-generation grease with a calcium sulphonate complex. Its high performance is particularly suited to lubricating and protecting mechanisms exposed to marine environments, to immersion and to splashing water and bursts of steam. This grease has a great ability to cling and to resist washing off. It also has outstanding anti-wear properties, with the result that it ensures a long working life. It gives maximum protection against corrosion. Operating temperatures: -20 to +140°C continuously, +170°C intermittently. NLGI grade 2. Colour: beige. Applications: gears, bearings, journals, cables, chains, anchors and so on, exposed to harsh weather, splashing water and bursts of steam, immersion. In aquatic, marine and industrial environments. Directions for use: clean and degrease the mechanism (for quick, effective cleaning use Facom mechanical degreaser). Shake the aerosol hard before use. Spray the mechanism. Wait 6-8 minutes until the grease has clung perfectly before putting the mechanism back into operation. Precautions: DANGER Extremely flammable aerosol. Pressurised container: may burst if heated.
